SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Are you passionate about developing Social Media channels? Do you love telling a story through a number of different social media platforms?

As a social media executive you’ll be spending most of your day online. Your job is to produce attractive social media content and put messages on a number of different social media platforms on behalf of our clients.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Create a social media strategy for internal and clients accounts
  • Responsible for Content Creation and Ideation/Documentation for Social Media platforms- Infographics, Banners, E-mailers, Videos, Listicles, etc.
  • Monitor, maintain & grow brand health on social platforms- Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Linkedin
  • Conceptualize, strategize, plan & implement social media campaigns
  • Proactively attend all the queries, complaints, requests across the company’s social media platforms
  • Research about the clients to understand their business, consumers, competition and develop the social media strategy for them accordingly.
  • Create daily/weekly content plan for multiple social media platforms including emailers and blogs for the clients.
  • Work closely with a dynamic team of creative designers and developers to roll-out various kinds of engaging content including Social Media posts (Facebook/ Twitter/ LinkedIn), Blogs, Infographics, Emailers, apps, etc.
  • Use Social Media Analytics tools to understand the impact of content marketing in Customer engagement and change plans accordingly.
