We are currently hiring Web Development Team Leader to manage a team of talented designers and developers. With a strong leadership and technical background you will act as a subject matter expert for development and web technologies, ensuring that there is a greater focus on user experience and journey creating solutions that are both fit for purpose, designed, developed and architected in line with the existing and future technology landscape as well as fully tested and supported.

This is a technical line-management role for someone wanting to stay at least partly hands-on with the code. You will either have previous line management experience, or be a senior developer looking to move into management.

You will work as the team lead of one of our development teams, where you will be responsible for ensuring that your team are able to meet business and technical requirements with solutions that are high performance, scalable, robust, and built in accordance with modern development practices. You will provide technical leadership to your team and, with the other team leads, will be responsible for setting and representing the technical standards used throughout the department.
